Can you overcome an unsuspecting, initially-hesitant Consumer and assist in their Funds recovery?   


Part Time - 1099 - REMOTE POSITION 

  

RECOVER-AID.org specializes in the nationwide recovery of unclaimed funds to its rightful owner. We find the funds and recover the funds, no surprises! - Since 2021


Compensation

 

  • 8% of Consumer's Recovered Funds minus Expenses. 

For Example - $20,000 (Consumer's Recovered Funds minus RECOVER-AID.org's Expenses) x .08 = $1,600.00 (Compensation)


The above example represents one (1) Consumer and an estimated total of 2.5 hours with/for the Consumer.


For awareness - The time to recover the funds may range from 6-12 months. A 6-month commitment minimum would best serve the Consumer Advocate Virtual Assistant.


Job Description

The Consumer Advocate Caller of Good Fortune is responsible for  making outbound and follow-up outbound calls to their pipeline of  prospects. The Consumer Advocate Caller of Good Fortune apprises the  Consumer of their unclaimed funds and the recovery services of  RECOVER-AID.org.

 

  • Conversational, Inquisitive, Question-Based (QB) phone conversations
  • Must be Interested in the Consumer - No Exceptions
  • We Have the Good News - They just don't know it
  • 1:1 coaching support

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

   

  • Coordinate with internal research teams for Consumer Contact information.
  • Manage and prioritize your sales pipeline.
  • Build relationships with both internal and external customers.
  • Exhibit confidence with every customer interaction.
  • Create urgency for all defined Consumers through QBS.
  • Ability to communicate with defined Consumers through various media such as telephone, voicemail, email, and text.
  • Provide each customer with a professional and serviceable sales experience.
  • Strong visionary skills.
  • Meet and exceed all sales goals.
  • Work independently.
  • Implement all coaching and feedback.

Qualifications

   

  • Education Minimum: Associate's degree or equivalent credit(s)
  • Experienced QB selling to end users/customers (B2C)
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful sales development strategies namely QBS.
  • Robust organizational skills.
  • Experience working with an online Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) application.
  • Great phone personality.

Training and Schedule

  

  • Company to provide .pdf, video, and/or in-person training.

Physical Requirements

  

  • Possess effective communication skills through speech, listening and fluency in English.

Tool Requirements

  

  • The Consumer Advocate Caller of Good Fortune shall be responsible for providing all tools and equipment necessary for the performance of the Services including, for example, all computer hardware, and related components, telephone, Windows MS Office software, and access to the internet, and shall be accessible via telephone, e-mail and text messaging. 


Personal Computer shall have Microsoft Office Home and Student 2019 or a more current Microsoft Office product version that supports MS Word and MS Excel.

Job Description

The Consumer Advocate Virtual Assistant at RECOVER-AID.org is responsible for performing the day-to-day operations of the Advocacy. This includes ensuring efficient workflow and maintaining high-quality service delivery to the Sales Group. The Consumer Advocate Virtual Assistant will also be responsible for analyzing the process-flow to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance the overall performance of the Advocacy.

Responsibilities of the Consumer Advocate Virtual Assistant

  

  • Gather, investigate and research data via online public databases for a monthly quota of owner entries per month to support the Sales Group.
  • Schedule meetings with the Consumer and Sales.
  • Conduct mailing correspondence to prospective Consumers and Clients.
  • Contact Government agencies and maintain the government contact list.
  • Contact commissioned Notary Public and licensed Attorneys to arrange   meeting times with the Client. Maintain Notary Public and Attorney’s lists, accordingly.
  • Understanding of Agency rules and State estate instruments/practices.
  • Establish and support metrics reporting.

Qualifications and Requirements

  

  • Education: Minimum of Associates degree in business, technology, analytics, or research field, or equivalent experience/credits.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as the Consumer  Advocate Virtual Assistant will be responsible for collaborating with the Sales Group.
  • Requires a "Connect-the-dots" approach with skills of an inquisitive thought/puzzle solver.
  • Candidates should also have a solid understanding of data compilation and be  able to use it to drive decision-making and process improvements.
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
  • Capability to work independently.
  • Organization and planning skills: Set priorities to manage multiple assignments and project deliverables.
  • Prior data research and metrics reporting experience preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office namely MS Word, MS Excel and online Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications.
